Our Story

Lakesyde Care Limited was established in 2017 to provide temporary staffing services and registered with the Care Quality Commission in 2021 as an independent care provider of domiciliary care and supported living services. We provide quality, affordable and person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health problems, learning disabilities, complex needs and associated challenging behaviour. Our domiciliary care service is delivered in your home to ensure you remain where you feel safest and most comfortable.

Our support starts from your initial enquiry to the delivery of your care. Whether you require a little extra help around your home, assistance with personal care or service to remain part of the wider community, we can help you. We understand the desire to be as independent as possible for as long as possible.

All agreed-upon support/care plans promote empowerment and participation and are person-centred.

We collaborate with the service users, their families, advocates, and the multidisciplinary team to provide care and support that will empower the service user to make wise decisions and reach their full potential for good health and wellbeing by leading an independent lifestyle and maintaining a high standard of living in their neighbourhood.

We have a thorough selection and recruitment procedure; all our staff members are DBS checked. We continually train and develop our staff to ensure they are updated with current practices.

To ensure that the right skill set is available to deliver the care and support requested by service users Training, staff training needs are continuously assessed and revised.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, and our registration reports can be viewed on their website www.cqc.org.uk.We work with people who privately fund their support package and those who receive funding through the local authority.
